The Synod Council will serve as the Board of Trustees for the corporation, and will have the power to act in the name of the Synod between meetings of the Synod Assembly reporting such actions to the succeeding Synod Assembly. The Council has the authority to create committee and task forces to assist in carrying out its responsibilities. The Council has primary responsibility for Trustees Interim Authority Financial Oversight Budget Development Personnel Property.
